In 2020, when events quickly went virtual, Hubilo decided to shake things up with a rebrand. The mission? Create a brand just for event planners by diving into their world and figuring out exactly what they need. Our solution is to ditch the boring tech vibes, set a fresh brand strategy with lively colors and more “human” touch. In 2020, as events quickly went virtual, Hubilo decided to shake things up with a rebrand. The mission? To develop a brand exclusively tailored for event planners by immersing ourselves in their world and understanding their needs. Our solution involved moving away from conventional tech aesthetics. Instead, we focused on creating a vibrant brand direction infused with lively colors and a more “human” touch.
Hubilo is an all-in-one place for "everything event".
Through numerous leadership interviews, extensive market analysis, and deep exploration of event planners' needs, we gained valuable insights that most event platforms are not seamless destinations to create, host, and analyze event ROI. We then focus on advertising brand customization features, broadcasting, ticketing, analytics, and a 24/7 live support team - showing that Hubilo is an all-in-one place for "everything event". This concept influenced the brand photoshoot, visual system, and a compelling hero video that showcased the platform's potential and promises.
An Event Platform Built for Event Planners
Instead of utilizing mundane and conventional tech branding, we opted for vibrant and pastel colors to capture the liveliness of an event. Think champagne, balloons, confetti—symbolizing celebration and success.
The (B)Right Energy
Hubilo's new brand color, named "Energy," is a vibrant orange pastel that embodies the lively energy and fun atmosphere of events. Paired with a playful blend of warm and cool pastels, it adds a human touch and injects life into the visual identity, setting Hubilo apart from other event-tech companies. The brand is further brought to life through lifestyle shots that illustrate the seamless execution of successful events with Hubilo.
